There is no perfect man or woman on earth. There is only one perfect God. We all make mistakes, in fact we are expected to make mistakes because believe it or not it tends to make us better people. That is why there is an eraser for every pencil and a white-out (e.g tipp-ex) for every ball pen.

Don’t be deceived, even our celebrities, pastors and elites in our society made mistakes at one point or another in their lives and as a matter of fact still make mistakes but what makes them different from many of us is their unique ability to correct them and move on. We all have this ability and it depends on how much we are willing to move forward.

Recognizing your mistake is one thing, taking steps to correct them is another thing. The earlier you realize your mistake and take appropriate measures to correct them, the better for you. No one remembers your mistakes (except that person is a bad belle) but the corrections. For example, if you were asked what 2+2 is and you say 3 and then you are corrected that it is 4, you will never make that mistake again (except you’re just very dull…..just kidding!!).

Your past is your mistake, learn to leave it where it belongs, correct your today because that’s the chance you get to make it right so that your tomorrow will be better. No one has the right to criticize you or your mistakes enough for you to remain where you are, except you. The only reason you are still where you are is because you have just decided to and not because someone made you to. The only person who has powers over your decisions is you and God, not any human being or circumstance.

I hope sincerely that with these few points of mine i’ve been able to convince you that everyone makes mistakes and no matter how many times you fail or fall or how bad your mistakes may seem-get up, be strong, correct them and make it better.
